Project was targeted at purchasing and re-selling large quantities of excess commercial jet parts inventory owned by six major Chinese airlines. We succeeded in bringing the industrys global leader to that opportunity to create a comprehensive liquidation and distribution plan. We then helped to structure the proposed joint venture and business model among five corporate partners. The project required negotiations and dealings with Chinese airlines and regulatory agencies.
