The client designs and manufactures after-market parts for motorcross and dirt bikes. Their products are made of high-strength and lightweight carbon fiber to replace heavier metal components. The client also produces some parts from aluminum. The client could not keep up with product orders so needed to outsource a large portion of its manufacturing. We were introduced experienced manufacturers in China using modern technology and skilled labor to produce those parts at dramatically lower pricing. As a result, the client was positioned to become the industry leader in carbon fiber motorcross parts, and also to provide third-party manufacturing for producers of other types of carbon fiber products.
