We initially structured an OEM manufacturing arrangement with a manufacturer selected by the client, and we coordinated the clients IP protection in China. We then helped the client to evaluate an alternative means of manufacturing through creation of its wholly-owned subsidiary company in Southern China. The client elected to do so, and engaged WTG to help implement that plan and set up the wholly-owned manufacturing operations. Today the company is a leading producer of those medical products.
