We identified a Chinese manufacturing partner for the core product, a specially designed nylon bag with insulated lining and clear vinyl pockets of various sizes. We then sourced various emergency care items to be inserted in the bag. We successfully structured manufacturing arrangements, purchasing contracts, quality control services, shipping and logistics services at cost levels 60% below domestic costs. Allowed the client to introduce the product on QVC and then establish sales within various target markets.
